Job Description
Synercon Engineering is currently in search of an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering projects, specifically in cost estimation, specifications, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams for precise cost estimation.
- Prepare and finalize detailed BOQs.
- Review and verify contractor invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date BOQs and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Job Type: Contract (3 months)
