Job Description
Sysinn is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate HR to enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess 3–6 months of relevant experience and will be eager to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job listings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and respond to basic employee inquiries.
- Coordinate training sessions and HR meetings effectively.
