Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Junior CRM Consultant to strengthen our customer relationship management initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will implement CRM solutions tailored to meet our specific business requirements, while also integrating various systems and enhancing customer engagement efforts.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for designing and executing CRM strategies, working collaboratively with stakeholders, analyzing customer data, developing efficient workflows, and delivering training and support to our team.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in CRM. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, as well as familiarity with integration tools and analytics platforms, is essential.
