Responsibilities:
- Initiate phone calls to inform potential clients about real estate projects.
- Conduct comparative market analyses to assess property values.
- Schedule appointments and oversee site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective leads.
- Accurately record call details and updates in the CRM system.
- Deliver relevant property and market information to clients.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, at least 6 months of real estate experience, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
