We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Officer to enhance our support for stores and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should possess 0-2 years of experience in customer service (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply), have completed a minimum of 12 years of education, and demonstrate strong communication skills in Urdu.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and effectively resolving complaints.
