Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for US-based customers. You will manage inbound calls regarding complaints, requests, order status, follow-ups, and general inquiries. Provide empathetic, professional support while using CRM and order management systems to identify needs, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in line with company policies. Aim to exceed NPS, CSAT, and AHT targets through efficient, high-quality service.
- Requirements: proven customer-facing experience; excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, or American accent; minimum Matric/O Levels.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off.
- Strong multitasking, active listening, and adherence to service standards are essential.
