Job Description
Taxol is currently looking for a skilled Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideally suited for candidates with significant payroll processing experience and expertise in HRIS platforms. The successful candidate will exhibit comprehensive knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, tax compliance, and multi-state payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing for U.S. clients.
- Ensure accurate calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations.
- Manage quarterly and year-end reporting.
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits.
- Respond to client payroll inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of payroll accounting experience.
- Proficiency with payroll platforms.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
