Job Description
Tech Bridge Consultancy invites applications for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support a US-based janitorial services campaign. This is a full-time, onsite position (Mon–Fri) with night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM in Gulberg, Lahore. Salary up to PKR 40,00 plus commission.
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone, email, and chat support; conduct B2B and cold calls
- Lead generation, appointment scheduling, record keeping, and follow-up
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English, customer-first attitude
- Problem-solving, negotiation, organizational skills, and ability to work nights and in teams
