Job Description
Tech Harbour Services is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to connect with our customers. You will make outbound calls, follow scripts, identify needs, and provide solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls
- Follow communication scripts
- Identify and fulfill customer needs
- Upsell products
- Build customer relationships
- Maintain records of conversations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal communication
- Results-oriented
Salary: Rs30,00 plus commission. Work hours: 2 PM to 10 PM, New Garden Town, Lahore.
