Job Description
Tech Vision is actively looking for a highly qualified HR Operations Officer to oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Key responsibilities include crafting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, negotiating salaries, performing document verifications, extending job offers, and facilitating onboarding. The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate with multiple departments to understand hiring needs and manage a real-time recruitment tracker.
This is a full-time position located in Islamabad, Pakistan, and is open exclusively to female applicants who possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree.
