Job Description
Techno Batch PVT.LTD is actively seeking a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the effective delivery of IT solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, collaborate with technical teams, and foster long-term relationships that enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships.
- Act as the lead contact for customer account management.
