Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at TechPartner.pk. In this role, you will oversee daily HR and administrative functions, ensuring seamless office operations while supporting our team’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate team activities to optimize workflow.
- Manage administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency.
- Assist with HR operations, including maintaining training records.
- Foster a positive workplace culture.
- Enhance communication between management and staff.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a software house.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Location: Lahore Bahria Town (Preferred)
