Job Description
Tekboox, a leading IT company based in the United States, is actively seeking to hire a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team.
Key Requirements:
– Proficiency in Spanish.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
– Experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk is preferred.
– A positive and proactive attitude.
Location: DHA, Lahore
Shift Hours: Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM, 5 days per week).
