Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a skilled Assistant Project Manager for our civil projects. This position involves overseeing construction and maintenance activities on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the project life cycle. Key responsibilities include managing construction and post-construction challenges, executing work in accordance with design specifications and contractual agreements, and efficiently addressing budgetary and scheduling constraints.
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in building construction. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to accurately interpret technical drawings.
