Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Regional HR Manager to support HR operations across multiple sites. You will assist with talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and local compliance. In partnership with regional managers, you will advance employee engagement, training initiatives, and workforce planning to support business objectives.
- Qualifications: 3+ years of HR experience, knowledge of labor laws, strong communication and analytical skills.
- Preferred: proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office; proven ability to handle confidential information.
- Attributes: problem-solving orientation, cultural sensitivity, and a hands-on approach to support a growing regional team.
