Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a dedicated Vocational Program Coordinator to oversee the operations and monitoring of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
- Conduct site visits and prepare detailed field reports.
- Maintain a centralized database for tracking program metrics and generate performance reports.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in project management and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Location: Karachi (commuting or relocation required).
