Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Team Lead for our newly established Medical Billing campaign at The Firme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition from the USA, expertise in team management, and a proven track record in Medical Billing sales.
Responsibilities include leading the Business Development team, implementing sales strategies, training team members, and building relationships with healthcare providers.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1,440 – $1,800 per month along with attractive performance-based incentives.
