Job Description
The Fred Company is actively seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. This pivotal role involves ensuring exceptional service standards, enhancing profitability, and driving team performance. Key responsibilities include optimizing revenue through strategic pricing, executing effective marketing plans, guaranteeing guest satisfaction, and closely monitoring hotel performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, along with over 15 years of extensive experience in the hotel industry. Exceptional leadership abilities, financial expertise, and familiarity with hotel management software are required for success in this position.
This full-time role is based in Lahore.
