Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Area Sales Manager to join our team at The-Hiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing distribution channels, and fostering relationships with stakeholders in the construction and FMCG sectors. Key duties include supervising sales representatives, conducting market analyses, and collaborating with marketing to enhance brand visibility.
The ideal applicant will possess a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, exceptional negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
