Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a motivated Outbound Customer Service Representative / Sales Executive to engage with potential customers, reconnect with dormant leads, and transform inquiries into successful sales. This position prioritizes customer satisfaction and supports a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and current customers.
- Promote products and provide detailed information regarding pricing and availability.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare precise quotations and invoices.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
Required Skills: Excellent communication abilities, prior outbound sales experience preferred, familiarity with CRM tools.
