The Assistant Manager – Credit Recovery at The-Hiring plays a crucial role in managing overdue accounts while implementing strategies to reduce bad debts. Key responsibilities include monitoring delinquent accounts, negotiating payment terms, and collaborating with the legal team on escalated cases to ensure effective resolution.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience in credit recovery. Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills and be proficient in ERP systems. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs120,00.00.
