Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Driver Hiring Specialist to enhance and optimize our driver recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have extensive connections within the transport and logistics sectors, enabling them to efficiently source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality drivers.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively recruit drivers utilizing industry contacts and outreach efforts.
- Maintain a comprehensive network of drivers across multiple regions.
- Conduct thorough interviews and verify driver documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards.
- Monitor driver hiring metrics and performance evaluations.
Salary: Rs. 60,00 – 70,00 per month
