Job Description
The Hive is excited to invite applications for the position of Community Officer. As the initial point of contact for our guests, you will provide a warm welcome while checking them in and scheduling facility tours. Your responsibilities also include managing walk-ins and ensuring that potential clients receive comprehensive information about our offerings.
In addition, you will play a vital role in onboarding new clients, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, and preparing informative presentations for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in concierge services, outstanding communication abilities, and a strong customer-centric approach. Candidates with multilingual skills and a degree in hotel management are highly preferred.
