Job Description
We invite you to be a part of The Skin Xperts team as an E-commerce Customer Service Representative. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for content posting and actively engaging with customers across various e-commerce platforms.
Your primary duties will include tracking orders, providing chat support on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and performing sales analysis to improve operational efficiency.
This full-time position is located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
