Job Description
The Skin Xperts is actively seeking a skilled Accounts Officer with expertise in QuickBooks and Excel to oversee our internal accounting functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Processing vendor invoices and reconciling accounts.
- Preparing Accounts Payable Aging reports.
- Addressing inquiries from vendors and employees.
- Assisting the accounting manager with month-end tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Outstanding communication skills.
