Job Description
The Urban Unit is seeking to fill 2 positions for a Senior Research Analyst. Candidates must be no older than 45 years old and hold a BSc in City & Regional Planning with over 3 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Senior Specialist in Urban Planning and Architecture, supervising research associates, coordinating with various teams, analyzing data, and developing sustainable urban models. Familiarity with GIS is essential.
This role also involves reviewing existing regulations, preparing project presentations, and creating technical documents. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and presentation skills.
