Job Description
We are The Value Engineering, seeking a Recruitment Specialist with expertise in hiring engineers and experience in bulk hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives. This key role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent to address our workforce needs.
Responsibilities: Lead recruitment for civil engineering roles, manage bulk hiring initiatives, and collaborate with hiring managers. You will screen candidates, maintain a talent pipeline, negotiate offers, and track recruitment metrics.
Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with ATS tools.
Job Types: Full-time | Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
