Job Description
At TheHassol, we are in search of a dedicated Manager – Administration to oversee our daily office operations, enhance workflow efficiencies, and lead our administrative team. This role involves supervising administrative functions, maintaining office facilities, coordinating interdepartmental activities, and supporting HR tasks, including onboarding and attendance management.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Administration, or Management, along with over 5 years of administrative experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. We require strong leadership abilities, effective multitasking, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs130,00.00. Please note, this position requires work to be performed onsite at our office.
