Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is in search of a committed Customer Relation Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver vital administrative support to ensure our office operates smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, coordinating activities, and executing various clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct administrative functions such as mailing, scanning, and document duplication.
- Maintain regular communication with clients for timely follow-up.
- Prepare and organize official documents using Microsoft Word.
- Assist in planning and organizing office events and activities.
- Communicate with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, proficient in MS Office, and strong communication skills.
