Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is looking for an energetic Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Prior experience as a receptionist is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors appropriately.
- Manage appointments for clients and counselors.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain client records and perform administrative duties.
- Handle payments with the Operations Manager or Accounts Officer.
- Prepare agendas for meetings.
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Prior experience in a related field preferred.
