Job Description
TMG Ventures is currently seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), monitoring project timelines, and ensuring rigorous quality control while effectively managing vendors. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving any on-site issues and conflicts that may arise.
This role entails overseeing site activities related to framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, and roofing, ensuring thorough completion of all tasks. Additionally, you will document site plans and manage project budgets to guarantee project efficiency.
