Job Description
Topaz Group of Companies is currently looking for a Human Resources and Administration Manager to work alongside the CEO and COO in strategic HR planning. This pivotal role will encompass overseeing recruitment and training processes, crafting job descriptions, and resolving employee relations matters. The manager will also collaborate with the Finance Manager to coordinate payroll, maintain precise HR records, and manage administrative duties to foster a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing employee engagement, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations. We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary range of Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. This role requires in-person attendance.
