Job Description
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
Total Solution is looking for a dynamic and confident Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage prospective Loan Officers, conduct interviews, and contribute significantly to our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability for the role.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of joining our organization.
- Schedule interviews and manage follow-up communications.
Requirements: Strong English communication skills; prior call center experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
