Job Description
Translation Empire PK is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development Executive to aid in the implementation of internal training programs and to foster a culture of continuous learning. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers in Learning and Development, offering hands-on experience in learning operations and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities: You will coordinate training sessions, assess training needs, develop content, maintain records, and assist with onboarding initiatives.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 0–2 years of experience in HR or training roles, basic knowledge of learning theories, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
This position is based in our Islamabad/Rawalpindi office (DHA 1 Sector F), and we offer a competitive salary.
