Job Description
Transworld Home Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Center Representative to enhance our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will manage webchat and WhatsApp support, oversee customer interactions on social media platforms, and handle complaints through effective diagnostics.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal departments, recording complaints in our CRM system, and engaging in upselling and cross-selling initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills and have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in telecommunications.
