Job Description
Trivsys seeks a proactive Upwork Bidder to identify high-quality projects, craft persuasive, customized proposals, and maintain clear client communication to improve win rates. The ideal candidate quickly interprets client requirements and transforms them into compelling proposals. Responsibilities include:
- Researching and selecting strong Upwork opportunities
- Writing tailored, attention-grabbing proposals aligned with client needs
