Job Description

Amigos BPO LLC is on the lookout for a skilled IT Administrator & Network Specialist. This on-site night shift role, scheduled from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday, involves overseeing IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth network operations, and implementing efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage servers, hardware, software, and user accounts.
  • Design and maintain secure network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct system updates, backups, and security audits.
  • Plan and execute IT projects and upgrades.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, experience in IT administration, and strong problem-solving skills.
