Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is seeking an experienced and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our advertising initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok to drive performance and enhance ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and refine paid advertising strategies.
- Develop captivating ad creatives and copy.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Execute A/B testing and conduct audience segmentation.
- Report key metrics and scale high-performing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with advertising on Google, Meta, or TikTok.
- Strong grasp of essential marketing metrics.
- Creative thinker with a focus on testing strategies.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or fashion industries is advantageous.
