Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative to manage high-volume inbound calls, emails, web chats, and social media inquiries. You will identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, provide timely solutions or alternatives, and maintain accurate CRM records. Apply product knowledge to answer questions and pursue appropriate cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
