Job Description
UMER AND SONS is looking for a diligent Billing Officer to join our Facility Management team. In this position, you will oversee the billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and promptly addressing any discrepancies. Your primary responsibilities will include generating invoices, inputting billing data into our system, processing client refunds, and preparing quotations aligned with approved rates.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or an equivalent qualification, along with a diploma in MS Office. A minimum of three years of experience in Facility Management is required. Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly with dashboard macros and conditional formatting, is crucial for success in this role.
