Job Description
UNNF Logistics (Private) Limited is looking for a motivated Accounts Executive to oversee essential accounting functions critical to the upkeep of our general ledger. As an integral part of our team, you will report directly to the Accounts Manager and play a key role in accurately documenting revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating with banks regarding routine banking issues
- Preparing the company’s Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
- Conducting monthly bank reconciliations
- Managing invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
- Assisting in tax returns and compliance
- Coordinating with external auditors
- Handling petty cash and ensuring timely disbursements
- Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by management
