Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Upwork Bidder to identify relevant Upwork projects, craft customized proposals, and support client acquisition. The role involves screening job posts, prioritizing high-quality leads, and submitting timely, error-free proposals that showcase company strengths and portfolio items.
- Manage client messages, gather requirements, and schedule meetings for senior staff.
- Coordinate with designers/developers to prepare accurate estimates and maintain CRM or spreadsheet records of bids and follow-ups.
- Report bidding performance and continuously improve by applying Upwork best practices.
Qualifications: strong English (written and verbal), basic familiarity with Upwork, attention to detail, spreadsheet skills, proactive attitude; 0–1 year experience (freshers welcome).
