Job Description
Unze London is looking for a highly qualified Restaurant HR Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will spearhead HR functions, focusing on employee relations, policy formulation, and compliance within the restaurant sector.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or MBA with a focus on HR
– 6 to 8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position within the hospitality industry
– In-depth understanding of labor laws and employee engagement practices
– Outstanding leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
