Using ATS tools and recruiting metrics, you will drive improvements in time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. Responsibilities include passive sourcing, employer branding, interview coaching, and coordinating onboarding activities. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and a proactive, candidate-first mindset.
