Job Description
Utopia Industries Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a skilled Communication Specialist / Email Support Specialist to join our International Campaign team. This full-time position requires flexibility for rotational shifts and is essential in enhancing our customer satisfaction levels.
In this role, you will manage customer inquiries through email on Amazon and various other platforms. Your primary tasks will involve resolving customer concerns and ensuring timely, professional communication. Additionally, you will track customer feedback, assist in maintaining seller ratings, and collaborate with customer support teams to deliver effective solutions.
We offer a competitive monthly salary between Rs70,00.00 and Rs90,00.00, along with a range of benefits, including a provident fund, medical claims, bonuses, and incentives.
Requirements
