Job Description
Vals Tracking (Pvt.) Ltd. is actively seeking a motivated Recovery Officer to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client follow-ups and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments, while fostering positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients regarding overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of recoveries and update the database.
- Collaborate with accounting and sales departments.
- Conduct field visits for follow-ups as necessary.
- Prepare recovery reports for management review.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Intermediate level of education.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
