Job Description
Venus Group is excited to announce an opening for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment process, support payroll operations, and manage HR activities utilizing HCM/CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment from job postings to employee onboarding.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations.
- Leverage Flow HCM/CRM systems for HR operations.
- Implement innovative HR tools and practices.
- Support adherence to HR policies and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with management to address staffing requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations and payroll management.
