Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Manager to join our vibrant team in the fast-paced fast food industry. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen and fast food purchasing in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Acquire groceries, perishables, packaging, and essential kitchen supplies.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Implement strategies for cost reduction.
- Ensure inventory alignment between SAP records and physical counts.
- Identify and onboard new vendors for enhanced pricing and quality.
Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of procurement experience in the fast food sector, proficiency in SAP, and strong negotiation abilities. Salary range: $100k – $130k with potential benefits.
