Job Description
Vibractive is seeking a dedicated Female Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will manage inquiries related to birthday parties and event bookings, handling communications through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee event inquiries and drive sales.
- Provide accurate responses to customer questions.
- Follow up with potential clients to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful events.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English communication skills, a confident demeanor, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
