Job Description
Vibrant Tech is excited to announce an opening for a Female HR Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is on-site, with night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday, located in Bahadurabad, Karachi.
Position: HR Manager
Experience: 2–3 years in HR roles
Qualification: BBA or MBA with a preference for HR specialization
Gender: Female applicants only
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes
- Manage employee onboarding and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle employee relations and various HR tasks
Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
